• The name and the role or facility assignment provided when a recipient is enrolled.

The tektor.ai website does not use a contact form. It provides an email link for direct contact, and if you send us an email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless tool that measures aggregate site usage and does not identify individual visitors. The site does not use advertising trackers.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server and security logs, which may include IP address, browser type, and request times, may be processed by our hosting provider to operate and protect the site.

We do not sell your information.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent, also called opt-in, data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

We share information with service providers only to operate the service. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, a third-party communications provider that processes phone numbers and message content solely to deliver the messages on our behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Tektor, our users, or others.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legitimate business and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
