These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tektor.ai and the Tektor Alerts SMS service provided by Tektor AI, Inc. ("Tektor", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Tektor Alerts is an SMS notification service that sends operational and safety alerts to authorized operations and maintenance staff at facilities that run automated equipment, including industrial robots and CNC machines. Alerts cover equipment anomalies, deviations, downtime, and safety conditions, and each alert includes a recommended action.
Enrollment and Consent
Recipients enroll themselves during sign-up, using their own mobile number, and affirmatively agree to receive alerts at that time. You consent to receive messages at the number you provide, and the number must be your own.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on equipment events.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out and Help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also opt out by other reasonable means, for example by emailing support@tektor.ai and asking to unsubscribe.
After you opt out, we may send one message to confirm, and you will not receive further messages unless you enroll again. We process opt-out requests promptly, and within 10 business days at the latest.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details below.
Carrier Responsibility
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and on network conditions, and is not guaranteed.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for its intended operational and safety purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to related systems.
